What are we doing?
- CDG has constructed Echo 4, a new taxiway located to the East of CDG, which helps reduce taxi time, the number of stops, as well as fuel consumption. Echo 4 is 25 metres wide and can accommodate jumbo jets such as the Airbus A380.
What is the result?
- Due to Echo 4, , the airlines operating from Terminal 2 at CDG will reduce their taxi time by 90,000 minutes and save nearly 1.1 million litres of fuel during one year.
